A.V.I. Professional Corporation performed all civil design, site design and surveying for this 9-acre, 108,000 sq. ft. Retirement Center. Work included design of 475 lineal feet of 8-inch water, and City Fire and Development Office approvals. Also included was site grading to achieve ADA requirements, parking lot design, drainage design, detention pond design, and fire lane access. The project cost was over 8 million dollars with Engineering and Surveying Services at $75,000.000.

They were particularly good working with the contractors. The skillset of the group was particularly strong with civil engineering and road/drainage designs, but not quite as strong in natural channel design principles. – Luke Schultz – Coal Creek Sediment Reduction and Bank Stabilization
