Client: Cheyenne LEADS

Project consisted of planning, surveying, and engineering efforts for 640 acres of industrial park area. Design efforts included 2 ½ miles of roadway layout and design, detention ponds, four miles of 18” and 8” sanitary sewer main, 75 manholes, a 350 LF horizontal bore under I-25, 1,200 LF of fiberglass reinforced pipe through a TCE plume. Water infrastructure consisted of 4,300 lineal feet of 16″ main, 8,600 lineal feet of 12″ main, 37 valves, 21 fire hydrants and a booster pump station.

They were particularly good working with the contractors. The skillset of the group was particularly strong with civil engineering and road/drainage designs, but not quite as strong in natural channel design principles. – Luke Schultz – Coal Creek Sediment Reduction and Bank Stabilization
